Computer Injuries?

Yes, it is true. People do get injured by using their computers. Constant typing can put a strain on the forearm muscles (wrist flexors). These are the muscles on the inside of your wrist. This stretch will help you loosen these muscles.

Wrist Flexor Stretch
It is relatively easy to stretch the forearm muscles.  While standing, place your palm flat and in reverse on the desk.  To increase the stretch in the arm stand up slowly forcing your arm straight.  This stretch can be done with one arm (figure A) at a time or both arms simultaneously (figure B).
