trapezius stretch

This time of year we see a lot of clients complaining of shoulder pain. This pain can be related to stress and even carrying large bags through the mall (Boxing Day sales, anyone?)

This stretch can be done either standing or sitting.


  One arm is placed behind the back and the other hand clasps it and tractions it downwards.

The head is then tilted in the direction opposite of the sore shoulder.

A good stretch should be felt on the top of the arm being tethered.
