Lower back pain is one of the more common complaints we hear at the office. To help alleviate this, here is an easy stretch you can do.

With your right leg straight, put your left leg flat on the ground on the other side of the right knee.
Reach over your left leg with your right arm, so your elbow is on the outside of your left leg.
Your left hand is resting on the ground behind you.
Slowly turn your to look over your left shoulder and at the same time, turn your upper body (and not your hips) towards the left hand and arm.
Hold each stretch for 10-15 seconds and repeat this stretch 3 times.
Repeat the above description in the reverse to stretch the opposite side.
