Commonly asked question
What is the correct posture for my hands at the keyboard?

This is a very common question among those who have desk jobs and require typing for hours on end. Bad habits of incorrect posture can lead to chronic pain in wrists and back. By keeping an eye on proper technique, you will reduce, or alleviate problems, thus increase your productivity.

Incorrect posture
incorrect keyboard posture Elbows are positioned away from the body putting excessive strain on the shoulders. The wrists are also bent upwards putting strain over the carpal tunnel which could lead to eventual carpal tunnel syndrome.  Anyone that has had that knows it not something you want!

Correct posture

As with any job that requires hours of sitting at a desk, it is advisable to take breaks and stretch.
