For several years I have had many patients tell me about a wonderful personal trainer they were working with. In recent months I have finally put the name to the face. Rachel Seay is the owner and operator of Inner Fit Studios. She specializes in weight loss and nutrition but she is famous for her killer 'bootcamps'!

The Accelerated Weight-Release (TM) Diet Program Included Learn how to burn through fat with food.
Weight loss boot camps are twice a week, either Mondays/Wednesdays or Tuesday/Thursdays.
All boot camps are a Beginner/Intermediate (B/I) Level Program. Our instructors teach in levels so anyone can participate and feel like they are part of the group whether you have weight to lose or not. This program is guaranteed to get you in great shape and in a body you love!”
