What is a good pillow for me? How should I choose?
Sleep is an activity with many different benefits. The most important from a chiropractors point of view is that sleep allows the body to repair itself. The body also benefits from sleep by diminished inflammation, reduces stress and keeping your heart healthy.

It is recommended that the sleep be between 7 and 8 hours per night for an adult.
 


Choosing a pillow depends on several criteria:
1. Does the pillow keep the spine in neutral.
2. The pillow must be comfortable.
3. A pillow should be adjustable.

Be aware, over time cotton pillows loose their firmness and no longer support the neck adequately.
