The new year is in full swing and with most holidays over, everyone is getting back in to the routine. With the weather being consistently unpredictable, most of us are not as eager to get outdoors, and need to make more of an effort to ensure we are staying fit and healthy. the importance of proper posture

Proper posture cannot be stressed enough in the work place environment. You sleep (or you should) for 8 hours, which leaves another 16 hours in a day. If you work for 8 hours, thats 50% of your day spent sitting at work. When you factor in driving, eating, watching television while sitting, you exceed that 50%.
