Statement of visits
If at anytime you need a printout of a receipt or a statement of visits, just give us a call or email your request and we can print, fax or email a copy for you.
Pillows
You should not use a regular foam pillow. A cervical shaped pillow, feather pillow or water pillow will provide your neck with the proper support during your sleep.

| Happy New Year! Hope everyone had some time to reflect on the past and upcoming year ahead. Whether you believe in resolutions or not, now is a good time for setting up your goals for the year, or reviewing, and perhaps modifying, your present goals. In any case, we wish you a year of good health and happiness! |

worksafe british columbia
Many of us work in environments that can cause us injuries. These work related duties may include lifting objects or standing awkwardly for hours, but it is also possible to be injured working at a computer. Many of us work at computers for hours at a time and don't pay attention to our posture. Some of these injuries can be avoided with proper ergonomics (ergonomics is the science of adapting work processes and conditions to fit the physical capabilities of workers). The most common examples include repetitive strain injuries such as tendonitis and carpal tunnel syndrome, and back injuries involving muscles, ligaments, and/or spinal discs.

ferg hawke
Ferg is a local icon in the White Rock/South Surrey area. Anybody that runs distances has heard tale of Ferg and his accomplishments. What draws me to Ferg's story is that he is a regular guy. He works on the ramp at Air Canada and doesn't look like an ultramarathoner (someone who runs further than the standard 42.195 km marathon distance, typically 50+ kms), but manages to do these amazing feats.

getting out of the turtle lane
Dr. McKay is now actively blogging about his daily workouts and challenges he finds with training. Called "Getting Out of the Turtle Lane" because of the slow lane he is trying to get out of at swimming in at training, he will use the blog as a way of updating those interested in what he is up to and to share anything he finds interesting.
